Mr. Hat is Mr. Garrison's hand puppet, and Mr. Garrison talks to him all the time. He tries to get Mr. Garrison to kill Kathie Lee Gifford, and he almost does. His head starts to spin around and his eyes turn red when he thinks about killing her.
